Hi, i'm Meg

I'm a Registered Psychologist offering support to those seeking a tailored approach to therapy. I'm not a one size fits all kind of therapist and I see collaboration with my clients as key. I offer support for adults navigating a range of challenges including but not limited to; binge eating, anxiety, pregnancy/post-natal concerns, low mood, as well as trauma recovery. Additionally, I offer support for those who may not identify as having a mental health concern but would like to focus on personal development.  If you are ready to take committed action and work toward your goals, take the first step and get in contact.
